Karmic Readings
A session featuring Karmic DNA Clearings and Karmic Readings is the fastest, most efficient way to address any difficult situation or lesson that you are going through. This remedy can root out the problematic situation on the deepest or karmic level.
During the session, you will have direct communication with your guides and angels, and you will have unique access to the Akashic records, which will show you a complete picture of what you are going through, while offering a guide to the best way to handle the situation. You will also receive energy work on the karmic DNA level.
The session will be recorded, and you will be instructed to listen to the recording for seven days, transcribing it on the eighth day. Despite very powerful energetic work during the session, the recording can give you insights and add missing puzzle pieces to the situation you are attempting to resolve. The function of this audio remedy is to further unpack energetic zip files and assist you in integrating them into Your New Reality. Dao Flow for Women Yoga Classes and Workshops
Yoga Dao Flow is a unique blend of Dao Practices for Women and a gentle Vinyasa flow that can take you to the deepest core essence of your Feminine Energies. It drops you down into your “In,” activating your feminine powers and potential to attract rather than archive; to hold space rather than to act rashly. It also invites you to tap into your intuition and feelings instead of relying solely on logical thinking processes. Yoga Dao Flow, by activating your intuition, relaxes your mind and body and reinforces your relationship with the body in the most gentle and caring way possible.
Yoga Dao Flow is not only a deep and mindful practice. It is a workshop where we will cover the following topics:

Yoga Therapy
Whether you are recovering from an injury or wanting to find the optimal routine to support your well-being, yoga therapy is a unique way to approach your individual body needs.
The main focus of the class is on calming restorative practices: connecting to the breath, profound relaxation, and a gentle way of working on different areas of the body. Katrina teaches proper breathing techniques that can be easily implemented outside of class to help students to calm down, release stress, and bring the awareness into the current moment. Her yoga classes focus on releasing tension from the lower back, straightening and strengthening the body, and the importance of proper breathing and healing through relaxation.
Ultimately, Yoga Therapy invites you to nurture yourself. When we take a break from our busy lifestyles through deep and profound breathing, we recharge ourselves and reset in the here and now.
